Went throught the drive through. 3 cars in front of us. Took 15 min to get to the window for our food. Sat for 5min before anyone came to the window. The lady at the window was rude. Gave us the wrong order the first time. Absolutely horrible service!

Place was a bloody mess inside, every table was dirty with soda and food that was dropped. No one paid attention to the front counter the manager had her back to the counter. 2 people even walked out. This location is very unorganized and never clean. Orders in the drive thru can take up to 30 minutes to make and serve to drive thru customers. Management needs retraining as well as all staff. The bad thing at this location is, no one seems to care about customer service nor customer satisfaction. What happened to McDonald's. Does the company even care who they hire? I would close the location and get better suited Management and employees who take their job seriously. Being rude to customer and blantly having your back.turned to them and never acknowledging them is a serious problem at this location. I recently dined at this McDonald's with friends and was appalled by the filthy conditions. Although the food was hot and the new order system was in place, the tables were dirty, the cup top area was gross, and the ketchup pump lacked cups. A worker on break even sat nearby without cleaning the tables, forcing us to wash our table with napkins and water.

Very long wait times in the morning in the evening is not too bad. The reason for this is they got two people in the morning one cooking and one running the front register and the drive-thru register. You franchise owners ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

I would give them zero stars but I had to choose 1 just to post. I had to get my money back because I waited over 20 minutes for food that I never got. They most likely gave it to someone else, because the first time they came to my vehicle it was an order for someone else. The person asked what I ordered and never came back to my car. In drive thru they make everyone move up or go to a number once you get your drinks then they don’t know who’s food belongs to who.

Rude and a very long wait. I was in line before q0:30 but by the time I was helped, it was 10:32 and they said sorry, we already put breakfast away. Then they got my order wrong and after 20 minutes of waiting, I got a half cooked sandwich. When the bag was handed to me, the server very abruptly said sorry and closed the window with force. Throughout this whole experience, I kept my cool. I just know to never return.
