Black American female employee gave me cold fries at 5:00pm on 10/27/2024 and I went to ask her: Are these old or new fries? She said that the fries were just fried. I gave it to someone else, they also said it was cold. Then I wanted to order more drinks, she said: "I won't serve you anymore! I have the right to not serve you". The witnesses all could not accept this bad service attitude. The store needs to fire this employee if they don't want her to lose customers.

Ordered for 4 people and ended up not receiving two steak egg and cheese McGriddles, let the kid at the register know and he told the kitchen, 10 minutes later and still havenât gotten them. Told lady who looked like the manager and she told the kitchen, again, waited another 10 minutes. Was supposed to be a quick stop on the way to Houston turned into a long stop. Just seems like they canât remember orders at all or get food out fast enough. Not even busy as it was early in the morning.
Avoid the rude treatment from the mean-spirited young woman at the Sidney Baker location( in Kerrville ), and just go to their Junction Hwy location, where the employees are all Joyful!

The WORST McDonaldâs we have ever ate at. Food was stale, meat was hard, no flavor. Tasted as if everything was sitting out for hours. Called to complain and they didnât even care. HORRIBLE. Being a McDonaldâs I didnât expect a 5star restaurant, but that was nasty.

A black manager with the ponytail yelled at my family and threw a hot coffee pot on my legs because my mother âraised her voiceâ at her on drive thru but we are in drive thru so of course you have to talk louder lol
