The meat in the burger isn't what it used to be. They're not cook's in there and it's how fast food is anymore at many places. Just needed a bite to eat on our way to Magnolia, Texas. Clean Environment. Employee's are robotic, not rude, just not really present.

The quality of the food is horrible absolutely horrible 30.00 for what I asked myself the value burger that I ordered to accommodate my chicken sandwich wasn’t a burger that’s a slider w/a thin slice of hamburger meat and a half bottle of mayo on it .. they just need to get rid of that dirty drink machine cause why is it there … GOODNESS GREACIOUS.. poor poor

Gave me some jive automated message at 11:15 p.m. that they were closed, only to have four cars in the drive-thru 15 minutes later.

My wrap is not even wrapped correctly because it was completely opened when I unwrapped it, so I had to wrap it myself. Also, almost of the the drinks in the vending machine are empty… and it’s early in the morning too so who knows how long since it was last restocked

I had the same experience as Just Diva and this person treats you differently if you don't speak Spanish either so her whole night staff reflects this attitude as well. Had me waiting 30mins and serving multiple people after I ordered. When I questioned them about my order, everyone to include management started pointing fingers and not one of them apologized and started making my food until I sternly stated bout making my food again! When they gave me my food, the chicken was barely warm along with the fries! Horrible customer service and no accountability. Took forever to refund my money back and only then did I finally get an apology for one of her workers, but not her! As I walked away, they all started to talk negatively about me in Spanish but what they didn't know is that I, too, speak Spanish and stated loudly in Spanish that I know what you all are saying and they shut up! Never again!! I feel sorry for my fellow truckers who have to put up with this nonsense and deserve way better after a full drive shift!

The store is located inside a gas station. Unfortunately, the food quality is poor and lacks flavor. The floor appeared quite dirty, which made the dining area uninviting. I didn’t feel comfortable eating inside the restaurant.

My husband and I stopped here on our road trip home. Sarah who took my order was very friendly and polite (hence the 5 stars). She rang up my order (2 big bacon burgers, omitting some condiment, & a large fry). It was input and reflected on the screen correctly. When I received my order however, it was 2 triple meat & cheese burgers & a medium fry!! Obviously this is not what my husband and I wanted or paid for. We of course were already back on the freeway heading home. In summary if you want to eat in or just grab a cookie or drink take time out of your day to go see Sarah as she is a pleasant relief from a lot of fast food restaurant sales personnel but that is where the pleasantries, service and quality end!!
