I think only 3 people were working there. Probably 10-15 minute wait to order with 5 in line because the cashier has to work the back too. No ice in the soda machine and soda was flat and charged $3 for it. Should have closed the machine and sent me to the convience store side to get one.

I’m beyond disgusted and angry this place needs to be shutdown and reported to health authorities ASAP! Me and my husband stop to get food here and upon eating I found a dead ROACH on my baked potato. I’m furious that I even ate anything from such a nasty place that doesn’t take the customers health seriously. Below I have attached pictures for proof!! Please don’t eat anything from this restaurant! This needs to be sent to the corporate office immediately. I’m beyond disappointed and upset. Me and my family will never again eat at a Wendy’s restaurant EVER !! PLEASE DONT EAT ANYTHING FROM HERE! THIS PLACE IS NASTY AND HAVE BUGS!!!! STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible customer service. Waited 20min for a 10piece nugget. Then manager had the audacity to say the ticket wasn’t printed like it was fault. Good was also cold.

Trying to get corporate number so that I can let them know how the manager on camera placed food I touched back inside where the nuggets and fries are dropped after coming out of grease. I do have on a mask and I had to literally talk over the manager to tell her I touched the nuggets she abruptly threw back in there. I called to get corporate number and she refused and hung up the call. When I say literally everything is on CAMERA! I have never had an issue when I stop here for fuel on my truck routes from Houston to San Antonio. This manager was rude to me and did the nastiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life with food. I will never eat here again. I want to speak with corporate because this can’t follow food handling regulations. This would a very much a safety hazard! Will call in am to get info she refused to provide.

Just not impressed. Fries were tiny pieces. Employees weren't very happy or welcoming. Burgers were sloppy and not very flavorful. And some items were over a dollar more than other Wendy's as I go to.
