Fantastic burger, great old fashioneds, a bartender that listens to your requests, and a sweetheart for a waitress. What more could you ask for?!

Heard good things about this place, and it lived up to it's reputation. Good selection of higher end bar food, they have a weekly special, ours was the cheeseburger this week, but it changes. Food was very tasty, service was very friendly and the locals seem to frequent the establishment. Good music and atmosphere, wish it was a live music night for us, but you might catch it. Overall I would highly recommend and we will be back.

Vegetarian options: This place has bar food, so I didn't see many vegetarian offerings. Thier cowboy caviar was good and might be vegetarian???

This is Wellington's first ever bar and they did an amazing job. The place is beautiful, welcoming, and you feel at ease even before you order your first drink. I got to meet pretty much everyone in the staff: bartenders, cooks, servers, and even the owner. They truly are good people. And the drinks? Tasty. :)

What a lovely surprise in this tiny town! The place is beautiful. They offer inside seating, as well as a patio out back with both covered and uncovered tables. The menu is strictly appetizers. There were 4 in our party, and we ordered 5 dishes and shared. The food was wonderful, as were the cocktails. Definitely try the lemon drop - scrumptious! The service was efficient and friendly, too!

I was born and mostly raised in Wellington and left in 1969. There are no establishments in this area of the Texas Panhandle that can come close to matching the atmosphere of BRIX! I can tell you that BRIX is comparable to most upscale bar/restaurants in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I was in total shock and awe of a business of this style and class being located on the historically dilapidated town square of Wellington. If you have ever been to the town square in McKinney, Tx, a northern upscale suburb of Dallas, then you know exactly what I am taking about. Congratulations to the folks of Wellington, you are very fortunate to have this diamond shining on your town square. I can’t wait to return!
