Cowboy Kent Rollins' Coffee Shop

Nice shop. Had hot chocolate and blueberry muffin. Both really good. Had hoped to meet Kent and Shannon but not here?. Bought Christmas gifts. Will continue to enjoy Cowboy Kent on YouTube ?

Fantastic coffee shop. Highly recommend their breakfast burritos with a hot cup of coffee. Small town Texas hospitality just doesn't get any better.

I just had my third visit to the coffee shop this morning and took an out-of-town guest with me. I found it excellent as usual and my daughter rates it as fantastic. We had brunch and she had a fancy drink with a blueberry muffin whilst I stuck with the coffee and breakfast burrito which is my favorite way to start the afternoon. I had to be told about Cowboy's from an out-of-town relative who follows Rollins' cooking shows so maybe I was one of the last locals to discover the shop. That relative and others are planning visits in part just to visit the coffee shop. It is grand!

The owner of thus coffee shop gave my family a free puppy one time and the coffee is pretty good to.

We stopped in for some morning coffee (the cowboy coffee is fantastic; brewed specifically to not be acidic) while on a long road trip from AL. Shannon and Kent were so friendly and made us feel right at home. They let us fill up a 6gallon water jug for our camping trip. The blueberry muffin and biscuits and gravy were delicious and affordable. The restroom was clean.I would definitely stop here again.

I had requested that my lovely wife and I, along with a couple of friends to break camp at 3:45 am and take a detour to Wellington TX on our wild west road trip. We had arrived early and the shop wasn't quite open so we agreed to walk the courthouse square of sleepy wellington in the hush of the early morning. We occupied ourselves, by looking in windows of sleepy restaurants and businesses closed from the night before, we marveled at a sun-faded window display of a video store from a bygone, yet not-so-distant era, illuminated by the miraculous white lights of a 24 hour laundromat, standing guard near the shop a mannequin in a packing peanut bubble bath with an old barbershop backdrop. On our way back around to the shop we noticed a man (a regular) in a union suit eagerly waiting outside hat pressed comically against the locked door, even though it was 5 min until opening, he was promptly and cheerfully welcomed into the quiet bustle of the interior, he removed his hat and hung it on his chair in the middle of a long family table. The atmosphere and small talk was warmly reminiscent with a small town diner, we followed behind only expecting a quiet morning and good cowboy coffee, but what happened was far above our expectations. To my pleasant surprise I noticed Kent busily cooking in the kitchen, Major and Shan greeted us from behind the counter as we entered as if we had been drinking coffee there for years. To be honest I was apprehensive about meeting Kent and Shan, afraid to peer behind the veil of tv and YouTube personality and meet the real people face to face, but my reservations were dispelled when Kent appeared from the kitchen and He, Shan and the Whole staff took the time to personally thank my wife, followed by everyone else there waiting for coming in. From then on, every one of our needs were met: my wife wanted a photo of Kent and I and he happily obliged, we were out of fresh water in our container, it was happily filled, we needed laughter and pleasant conversation and it was had by all. While coffee was being prepped Kent invited me to the back patio and proudly shared with me the space. It was at this time I noticed that when he talked to me, he looked me in the eyes genuinely as he humbly gave praise to God for for providing blessings to him and his family. Piecing out beneath his hat were blue eyes that have beheld their share of hardships and happiness and millions of miles of Gods beloved country, but now choosing to see me as a companion. It was then that I saw the man God meant him to be, a kind, sincere and humble creature of God, eager to fellowship and share affection and provisions with another. The food and coffee was the best I ever had, but the atmosphere, the staff and the willingness to go above and beyond for God, Country and fellow man was worth the trip easily 100 times over.Thank you Kent Rollins Coffee Shop for a truly pleasant and fulfilling experience.

Visited shop and attended a dinner with Kent R. Super fun time. Kent and his wife and staff were excellent hosts. LOTS of laughs as can be expected. Food was delicious. Had one of his famous biscuits, chicken fried steak, garlic mashed and green beans. Had a delicious glass of wine (or 2 who's counting ?) We had dessert. Bread pudding with sweet cream whiskey sauce..yummm! Dessert was paired with a delicious dessert wine. There was coffee as well, delicious i might add! We ended the dinner with photographs and shopping the coffee shop for KR goodies! Great evening! Worth the drive!

04/02/22 Awesome time and very wonderful place. The food was wonderful. My Wife and I came for a dinner and to meet Mr. Kent Rollins . This was a very nice time and looking forward to doing this again. We love the Cowboy Coffee. Thank you so much for the wonderful dinner. God Bless.

Driving down from Chicago to Phoenix for retirement and we had to stop in at Cowboy Kent’s shop, we’re fans if the youtube channel; the store has VERY friendly service, clean rustic atmosphere, and the coffee was delicious! 5 stars

The staff and owners are very friendly and professional. It’s a excellent place to go and relax with friends or even people just traveling through. I like the cowboy club for myself.

Very neat place for a coffee shop. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Coffee was great. It was a 2 hour drive for us but we will return.
