Nice shop. Had hot chocolate and blueberry muffin. Both really good. Had hoped to meet Kent and Shannon but not here?. Bought Christmas gifts. Will continue to enjoy Cowboy Kent on YouTube ?
I just had my third visit to the coffee shop this morning and took an out-of-town guest with me. I found it excellent as usual and my daughter rates it as fantastic. We had brunch and she had a fancy drink with a blueberry muffin whilst I stuck with the coffee and breakfast burrito which is my favorite way to start the afternoon. I had to be told about Cowboy's from an out-of-town relative who follows Rollins' cooking shows so maybe I was one of the last locals to discover...
We stopped in for some morning coffee (the cowboy coffee is fantastic; brewed specifically to not be acidic) while on a long road trip from AL. Shannon and Kent were so friendly and made us feel right at home. They let us fill up a 6gallon water jug for our camping trip. The blueberry muffin and biscuits and gravy were delicious and affordable. The restroom was clean.I would definitely stop here again.
