This place is a joke. In prime time on a UFC fight day AND a cowboys v ravens game you should have more than 3 servers working.. insane. Every item they brought out was ICE COLD.. how do you take forever to bring me my food and it still be cold? EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I will never understand 😫 Even asked for a replacement of french fries in place of the ICE COLD onion rings on the kids meal, that the child would not eat, that we paid $2 extra for, and she tried to charge us for them.. like uh.. I paid $2 extra for onion rings instead of fries and they were awful and not eaten and you’re gonna try to charge us MORE for the original item? I’m confused.. I used to be a server and I’d NEVER do that.. 🤷🏻♀️

I walked in at lunch time with a group of eight. The restaurant was approximately half full. No one acknowledged our group until we approached an employee. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait despite half the tables being available. After several minutes we asked an employee if you could move two clean tables together and seat ourselves she said yes and we did. We were told that there were multiple parties and things were delayed, it was lunch time and the place was only half full! After approximately 15 more minutes, no one came to our table or acknowledged us. We left and took about $200 with us. Buffalo Wings and Rings service was great, take some lessons BWW.

Picked up my food on time and was still hot. Upon eating it at home my family and I were grossed out. Every single fried thing in our order was over cooked, dry, and tasted of bitter old oil.
This place does not change their oil as regular as they should and the wings are dry. It had been years since I chose this place. Ill stick with Wingstop and Wing Barn.

Only continue coming to this place because it’s close to home and I like the food but honestly the service at this place is horrible. Waiters are always in a bad mood , they take forever to sit you in the hopes that you leave even when it’s practically empty.

Wish we knew how food and atmosphere was, our little league team was denied service at the weslaco location, plenty of open tables, but dirty while manager and 4 cashiers standing around do nothing about it. We asked for the corporate number, and we were refused that as well. Bill would have been well over 1000$, manager told us she didn't care and said we could leave if we wanted to. Applebee's next door gladly took us in no questions asked. Manager even came up to introduce herself even though we did not tell her what had just happened next door. Night and day difference in attitude and service. Unbelievable situation. Now we know. We will give Applebee's our business from now on, as we come out here for tournaments pretty much every weekend.
