I went at 9pm to order some FRESH 12 pc mozzarella fries and when I got my order I did not only get 10 mozzarella fries but all of them were burned with no cheese inside…so the mozzarella fries that were supposed to be fresh were actually put back in the fryer so they could “seem” fresh.

Do not go here. They’ll make you wait for more than 20 minutes then when you request a refund the manager will refuse to give you one. Then when she finally issues the refund and you tell her to have a good day, she’ll respond with, “don’t tell me what to do.”

friendly cashier, but you can hear the inappropriate conversations from the cooks.. floors were sticky and filthy, trash bins overflowing with trash, and they didn't restock napkins even after customers kept asking them. Every table needed cleaning.

They are slow in service even if one puts in an online order. It's takes then 25 minutes to reserve my order after ordering it 20 minutes online.
Waited forever sadly 4 sandwich made incorrectly asked for no lettuce you put lettuce you definitely don't care about the customer ordering. Got 2 trio for $7 charged for 3 duo $5 waxing for incompetent

There was poop smears on the wall and on the floor and the toilet was overflowing to the one next to mine and I saw a rat run across the kitchen floor don’t eat here unless you want to eat at a waste bin

Serious problem ordering and getting correct food in this town. Ordered a double meat cheeseburger dry (no mayo). Check your order before you leave the parking lot. Atleast it wasn’t charred to death like Tx Roadhouse inedible. But damn now I’m still freaking hungry. (I don’t do fries nor both buns, I depend on the Meat.) Got it back to the hotel and it’s 1 freaking patty. 2 bad restaurants in row 😖🤦🏼♀️ I believe I’ll eat at my hotel tomorrow and Mexico for dinner.

I'm not lying, I have more than half an hour online and there is no option to exit. Just to order he left me waiting for almost 10 minutes, I imagine the same with the 3 cars that were in front of me, since the one in front took the same time as me. Never come to this place, I think the managers do not do their job well as a group with the employees, to close with a flourish, I asked for my burger without mayonnaise, just with lettuce and pickle and they gave it to me completely backwards, nothing that I I asked ?
