Fries are undercooked & pale looking, Mozzarella sticks are not freshly cooked. While asking for another batch we received attitude from the cashier. Cashier was rude! Some gentleman with a man bun only speaking Spanish was very rude like he doesn’t want to work there.

Worst experience ever at a Burger King I went in last night and they barely even acknowledged me plus the store smells moldy and was hot. Plus the employees looked like they were in an unsafe working environment especially with it being super hot. Plus the other day I entered and I caught a guy manager with long hair being handsy with an employee.

Dining room unkempt. Drink area flooded, out of everything napkins and condiments. It was not busy only two people working.
To our mind BK is better than arches, but this place is always understaffed. Regional management needs a kick in the shorts. Maintain staff, make food according to standards and this place would be great.

I went at 9pm to order some FRESH 12 pc mozzarella fries and when I got my order I did not only get 10 mozzarella fries but all of them were burned with no cheese inside…so the mozzarella fries that were supposed to be fresh were actually put back in the fryer so they could “seem” fresh.

Do not go here. They’ll make you wait for more than 20 minutes then when you request a refund the manager will refuse to give you one. Then when she finally issues the refund and you tell her to have a good day, she’ll respond with, “don’t tell me what to do.”
