Thankful that Burger King was open on Christmas day. My family was hungry and there wasn't any place to eat so we said let's find somewhere and we found this Burger King open. The service was great. The food was amazing and it hit the spot. The staff was incredibly friendly and I was sure to thank them for working on Christmas Day and very pleased how quick the service was and how hot and ready the food was it was delicious. It was a pleasant treat for our family and we really loved it we talked about it all the way home. Thank you so much Burger King staff. Friendly professional and polite and you get an A+ in my book. We will definitely return for more great food and amazing service.

Service here sucks, Foods always cold. It's not the burger it used to be and that's in every location.. In this location Water has been leaking from the AC vents for well over a year. It has mold algae.

We had a BK Reward on the BK. We placed our order on the app. We went to the counter to pick up the order, and were told that the ice cream machine doesn't work. We asked for a substitution for the sundae. They said no and that our only option was to seek a refund on the app. We told them that we would lose our reward because it expires today. They said they didn't care. The man making the decisions was very unfriendly, unsympathetic and unaccommodating. He had a headset on. This happened on Mon 23 June 2025 at 1:15 PM. The other man behind the counter was more sympathetic. He went and asked somebody in an office. But she said no, just as the guy with the headset did. No wonder BK is hardly ever busy. I guess the guy with the headset doesn't care because he doesn't need this job. He can probably get rehired anywhere, if he no longer had this job.

I came at 11 brought my kids to play on the playground and they told us they had cleaned them up to wait for an hour so we waited approximately 40 mints while we ate ur meals ! My kids were excited to play so I went in to check and everything was dry ! She went in there with an attitude and kicked my kids off the playground! Very rude and unprofessional! Last time going to burguerking
Scathing Review: Unsafe, Unsanitary, and Unacceptable
I cannot believe the state of this fast food restaurant’s kids’ play park — it’s downright disgusting and dangerously neglected. The moment you step into the play area, you’re hit with a warm, humid stench of mildew and grease. The air conditioning isn’t working properly, creating a suffocating, sticky environment that practically breeds mold, mildew, and potentially harmful fungi.
The play tunnels and slides are coated in grime, with mold clearly growing in the seams and joints. The smell is foul, the surfaces are slick with grease, and it’s obvious no proper cleaning or sanitizing has been done in ages. The foam flooring is a tripping hazard, with broken and missing pieces throughout, and the remaining tiles are so grease-logged and moldy that I wouldn’t let a child walk barefoot on them, let alone crawl or play.
Even more alarming are the filthy air intakes — visibly packed with grease and dust — and signs of leaking and condensation throughout the area. This isn’t just gross; it’s dangerous. Mold exposure in children can cause respiratory issues, allergic reactions, skin irritation, and long-term health complications. Mold thrives in warm, humid, poorly ventilated environments — exactly the conditions in this playroom.
This facility is a health hazard masquerading as a family-friendly space. If management cares at all about children's safety, they need to shut this play area down immediately for a full professional cleaning, mold remediation, and HVAC overhaul. Until then, parents: do not let your children set foot in this cesspool.

I went to this location to compare to another one close by. The fries here actually tasted fresher and salted perfectly, plus by the time I got home, fries remained fairly hot in the bag versus.. The young guy working drive thru was very polite. He asked me to hold before he took my order, then apologized for the wait. The hold wasn't long at all but appreciated he was still mindful of my time.
