we ate dinner there today I always order enchiladas n today the rice was ugly I ask the lady in front if they can change it she said all of it is the same it's from the only batch they had never again n the place was empty

This restaurant is known as Edith’s Kitchen. And, just so you know, this is Mexican food, not Tex-Mex.... Napolitos, homemade tortillas, Really hot hot sauce, and foods that were mysterious to us Anglos, but very delicious. Gave it a 3 because it would be nice if they labeled the food on the buffet. I figured out quesadillas and chalupas, but the stews and veggies really need to be labeled. Our server never asked to refill our drinks, but did clear table as needed. And pricing would be nice. I understand that breakfast is a bargain at $5.99 but lunch was a little pricy @ $12.00+ per person. Might give it a try for breakfast.
