The service at this Chick-fil-A continues to go downhill. They don't bother giving you the utensils you need or the sauces you request. This has happened more than once now. I live about 15 minutes away so it's not like I turn around and head right back to complain. The 1st time they forgot my utensils/sauces I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was a mistake but after 2-3 times it seems like they are taking an avenue to short-change customers, even though their prices continue to increase. Extremely disappointed in you Chick-fil-A.

I go to this restaurant because the food is not that bad but especially because my teenage daughter really loves it. Since the remodel though the service is so bad, the waiting in the lanes are so horrible, I get my food and literally have to wait 10-20 minutes to leave due to being blocked by the vehicles in the front of me, by that time out food is so cold. The employees are like chickens with their heads cut off, they literally do not know whose order they have in their hands. Breakfast is worse, it's a nightmare, 30 minutes wait in the lanes with like only 4 cars in the lanes. The owner does not know how to run a fast food restaurant, which this is suppose to be. Posted 3/11/2025. Horrible wait time. To the owner of Weslaco Chick-fil-A , people have places to be and many people suffer from sever anxiety, or other illness, waiting an extreme amount of time is just not right.

i do not do reviews, but this is about the third time i come home to another mistake made with my meal once again. I specifically ask for large fries and i always open the bag to regular size fries. Why charge me a 40¢ difference for regular size fries.

Worst service I’ve ever received from any of the locations, my strawberry milkshake was mostly milk and they didn’t respond through the drive thru speaker 15 minutes before closing on purpose so nobody else could order. Worst milkshake I’ve had and service would much rather take the time to visit the Mercedes location.

I've been going to this location since it oppened and it has only gontten worse with every single day. The service is slow, get the orders wrong, and run out of the craziest things. One time they even ran out of ICE. Mangement of this location is just the worst I've ever seen. Most Chic-fil-A's are run like a well oiled machine, but not this one.
