We arrived late afternoon. Not too busy, got sat quickly. Our waiter was very attentive. Took our drink and appetizer order quickly. Drinks came out quick, appetizer a bit slower but it was just mozzarella sticks. Took our food order and kept our drinks filled, not once having to remind him. Food came out hot and delicious. No complaints with food. The quesaduillas were very good. Enchilada Soup was hot and had right amount of cheese and chips. Quickly checked out with the counter...
I had an issue with my to go order. I called the restaurant and spoke to a manager (Rebecca). She was understanding, courteous and kind. She made my order right and all within the 10 minutes that it took for me to drive back. She personally packaged and handed me the order and apologized for the mishap. People are human and mistakes happen but it is how you handle those mishaps that determines if the customer leaves upset or content. This young lady has great customer service...
