I went thru drive thru and the guy was very rude I got the prices wrong on the combos and I would of taken the combo anyways, but whoever was at the window rn needs better customer service.I just told him to forget my order I didnt want it anymore.

Hey everyone, I ordered dinner this evening paid with a coupon I found in the ads. from Churches . Customer service was good no problem with communication. They told me it would be a 10min. wait. It was a big order I didn’t mind waiting. They asked if I can park in the front for my order… I got my order 10 mins. later. Very satisfied customer. BUT… there was a surprise waiting for me at home..I found this ancestor chicken strip, looks like it’s been sitting in there for days. I moved it aside and continued to serve Mash and Mac The chicken was very rushed ,very tough, stale no flavor and very hard to chew. The batter they used was made out of rocks. Very unsatisfying. Enjoy you evening everyone. Hope your dinner was as good as mine.

I was trying to place an order through drive through and the guy was rude talking with an attitude for no reason I ended up canceling my whole order. Maybe retrain your employees on how to properly interact with customers. And then they said spicy tenders would take 20minutes as someone who have worked for churchs I know that it does not take 20minutes for tenders

Well let's start with the beginning you get off your car you walk into the restaurant and your face with 30 floors 30 tables that are very sticky very slow service if you want spicy chicken at this location they never have it ready you always have to wait for minimum of 30 minutes and I hope they did it right didn't burn it service is non-existent whatsoever I've even called in my orders to this place only to come to still have to wait 30 minutes at location it is very aggravating at the owner of the franchise location doesn't seem to care about his investment I have a big family of seven I always waste a minimum of $50 just to get shit service and extremely long wait times

Forgot the biscuits never have Mac and cheese always take forever. Place is trash ! I don’t know how people can’t do such simple jobs!!!

It has been awhile since we have eaten from Church's but the new menu and prices are great. They must have gone back to the older ways of the way they cooked chicken because it is pretty good. The sides are good and have a great selection. Did most of my orders on the app and it works ok, just might need to allow more selection, like half spicy and half regular. No ice in sodas. Glad to have them back.
