2nd time I come here just my dad like it but it's always a waiting time on tenders. Plus they have every car waiting. They didn't have tea ready not unsweetened or sweet tea. And yes they give you very little fries. Prices are going up for less food portions.

Went thur drive thur ask if chicken was fresh not sit there to long girl said Isherwood had 1 ck breast 3 wings that were there like 9 mintues we get home the breast and wings were so hard tired calling store busy for 15 to 25 mintures not busy to get this kind of business.

I ordered almost $50 worth of food..... part of the chicken was burnt you could taste it....we had 3 lg sides 2 of those were mash they were filled up to half the cup on both with very little gravy very dissapointed.... not worth eating from here anymore......... take your money some place else..... they need to step it up and do a better job....

Despite the microphone wasn't working and they had a fifteen minute wait time. I enjoy good here. The one in Mercedes serves rotten chicken to the public.
Made an online order at 2:00 and was supposedley ready for pick up at 2:20 so I took my time and arrived for pick up at 2:30 which I thought I'll give them a little extra time just incase. Long story short I finally recieved my order at 3:25 and they had at least 8 customers behind me that were still waiting on theirs for at least 30 minutes before I left. Worst location to go get chicken!!

This was the worst experience at any churches chicken! It was severely understaffed and incompetent at that. It sad to see the restaurant with 26 minutes wait on dark meat, 6 French fries in the fry bag and overall a terrible experience.

The "wait" is because not enough white meat chicken pieces are fried, or not enough spicy pieces are done that way.If all that you want is thighs and legs, this is what they usually have for you without a wait.

This location is by far the worst managed and operated franchise in town. Ordered online at 7:40pm with estimated ready to be picked up at 7:55pm according to receipt... Waited 50 minutes outside, order was finally ready at 8:50pm*** Never again will I do business at this location.
