I wanna start this off by saying that CiCi’s is a great restaurant, yet, if you’re going to eat there, I recommend the McAllen location. In Weslaco, the AC is faulty/doesn’t work, and some food is missing. The atmosphere overall was more depressing than usual, yet CiCi’s is still a great restaurant with some good food. I heavily recommend the McAllen location.

This is the worst service I have ever had! We asked for fresh cinnamon rolls and they said they have enough dessert already out. And said if I want them to make them, I have to pay. Like what the heck! And they expect for me to eat this! Nasty people will eat that hard cold old cinnamon roll. Like what in the world does this girl think we can eat that nasty stuff! I wish I can record it so you can hear you can even hit the plate with it and hard as a rock! Crazy! Very Very disappointing at this restaurant! Don’t think I would recommend it or go any more. For that I’ll go to PPP.

Where can I start because I really wanted to rate it a 0🤮🤢 me And family went to eat dinner last night and it's was so hot. Their was no AC at all. I Don't understand how y'all were open for business and no air conditioner. The health department should close y'all down. Top of that y'all veggie from the salad bar were sour and told one of y'all and didn't do anything about it. Temperature 102 🤮🤢

The food was old. The quality not that great, so it took forever until they placed fresh pizza, which was only 2 pizza put out. Guess their AC not working very hot in here. Wouldn't go back to this place
I went last week for the $5.99 Adult Buffet special that was going on. Paid about $9.00 and some change with the drink. I got there around 3PM-4PM.
#1 THEY'RE AC SYSTEM IS FAULTY. WESLACO LOCATION.
It was bad my toddler was sweating and very irritated. Its slightly humid too I would say theirs got to be mold somewhere in that location because of how humid/hot it was theirs just no way it aint got mold.
#2 Their was barely any pizzas and not enough customers to say it was just cause their was too many customers eating eating everything. Pizzas came out super slowly.
The employees were nice.
I wouldnt return to the Weslaco location. Ill try Edinburg location instead see how that goes.
