I love seafood Caldo and I only love caldo at Ciro's but yesterday it was 8 of us celebrating my granddaughter 24 birthday The old man grey hair breath was smelling like alcohol. His mood was mean. He didn't get our order right . I had to ask be asking him for refills. I had to get up twice to get ketchup from is other tables . But when we were paying he was like clue on our backs like don't forget my tip. I've never had such awful service in Ciro's before. We still left tip because that's their way they make a living . But Ciro's you should do better in electing your staff.

Shrimp cocktail was all ketchup, the worst I've had, I ordered two different beers didn't have them, The front seating lady was rude. The order was incorrect.

Horrible just plain horrible fish was all mushy don't even give you tortillas to make a fish taco had to buy the tortillas separately Waitress didn't even come an offer refills on our drinks and when we did ask for refills or anything she would take her time walking around looking like she had no clue what to do or what table to tend to...never going to this restaurant again.

The food was not great. The tortillas were packaged, not handmade. No real hot sauce only Tabasco, cholula and house sauce mostly made out of smashed tomato. The consome was cold and watered down no flavor. This will be the 1st and last time visiting.

I had not been to Ciro's for a while and I was very surprised at how everything had changed. Food was very bad!!!! The waiter charged me for everything!! Even another round of chips and salsa Everything was cold. Sorry Ciro's you are not what you once were :/
This is a great place to eat. Family friendly. Chips are homemade. Very generous w portions. The wait staff are knowledgeable about the menu and efficient. We will visit again!
