So the food was decent as far as Mexican goes. The ambiance was ok there was couples and families so suitable for either. But they were understaffed and table or two left and service was slow not sure if I would go back unless you have low expectations

Ciros used to be well known for good food and service..neither was there tonight..I had a shrimp plate and fries were cold and the shrimp was not hot... that tells me the waitress waited too long to bring us our order...I will give my business elsewhere...such a shame

The food was dried out like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. The waitress never refilled our drinks and took a long time to take our order and bring our food. My credit card was charged a 20% tip automatically because there were more than 2 people in our party and that is just the restaurant policy. Many other hidden charges on the bill like $2 charge for "to-go" boxes. A year ago this place would be full, but recently it has gone downhill; there was only one other family eating here. I asked to speak to a manager, but was told he already left. I won't be eating at this restaurant anymore.

Ordered the mole and got 2 wings and a leg. Mole did not have alot flavor, rice ok. Would have preferred refried beans but got served charro. What is strange is mole plate came with French fries and salad. Uh NO. The other order for chicken enchiladas were supposed to be red but appeared to be like swiza. Anyhow, will not be back. The cooks need to learn to cook like a Mexican restaurant

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE. We waited an hour for our food. Our waiter never even came to our table to ask if we needed anything, totally forgot about us. When we asked about our food they kept telling us it was on its way. When it finally arrived it was cold and looked like they re-used and re-heated our food. The Margaritas didn't have any alcohol in it and the Tequila Sunrise we ordered looked like dirty beach water. Truly disappointed in this place. Never again stopping there.
My one star is a friendly star, food was cold and a 1 hour wait for your food, and no bar tender they didn’t even know how to make a White Russian drink.

Came in to a mostly empty restaurant as it was 5 pm. The service was extremely slow. When the food came out, it came out in sections, so 3 people got their food, then 2 more and finally the last person. The food was cold too the point of one couple sending their combination plate back to be remade. The hosted was eating soup while getting customers. The frozen margarita machine only partially worked.I cannot recommend to others.
