Extremely bad service Went in for a banana split should be easy right. 20 minutes later, nothing twice. I went up to ask about my order twice, and they told me it coming right out. Spoke to the so-called manager because they weren't really in charge. Just proceeded to refund the purchase. GM, if you read this, take action and make your team accountable for everything.

Yesterday, March 25, 2025. I went with my husband and kids for some sundaes, a banana split, and some fries. But it took a while because there was a line. About 3 cars in front of me. When I got to the window, you started giving me the sundaes from the fridge already made, and well, the most logical thing would be to make them right away, right? If not, I'd rather buy them at the grocery store, but oh well. I told the girl if she could please make them for me right away, and she made a face at me and took the ice cream to the machine and started blowing on the tops to remove the coldness and added more strawberries along with another of her companions. I was looking at them and when she was about to give them to me, I said yes please, she called the manager. The manager came over and I told her the situation while the 2 girls were laughing. And the manager asks the girl what she told her and laughs. It's really disgusting. I mean, imagine what else they do while you're not looking. The manager leaves me waiting there while she calls the two girls to the office, and well, in the end, another guy gives me my order. Mind you, we'll have to check when we have the chance to see how our food is served. Or at least they'd like it if their food was done like that? We have every right to ask for our food to be at least sanitized, within the rules. Mind you...
