I went to this location last weekend and was so pleased by the service I was provided by Jax, she was so polite and even recommended I get one of her favorite drinks, a salted caramel white chocolate chai with soft top & sugar sprinkles and it was delicious!!! I will definitely become a regular now because of her!!

September 15. @ 11:30am: The lady cashier at the window was being rude, the employee outside taking the order kept conversing with her and kept saying bad words right in front of us while we were trying to ask a question. And when we got to ask our question she acted like we were the ones disrupting them and gave us dry answers to get back to her conversation.

Would rate lower if I could Employees who were working on Sunday 09/15/24 at 11:30am were very rude at the window, at first we were trying to order our drinks and the employee who was next to the window girl was yelling and cussing obnoxiously. And to top it off the girl at the window responded very rude when we asked to make another order and when we asked for straws She did not even give a thank you at the end of our experience.

Love all employees at this location!! Today we came and we got a new drink, and the lady who attended us, with the weird eyeliner, was very rude. Very straight forward, needs to go work somewhere else were others match her attitude, or put her to not take customers orders.

Been here multiple times, i knw ppl aint perfect. Today my bf went to purchase 2 large of the tropical lemonade and they forgot to put the strawberry on top on both drinks. I called cst service because he had to go back to get in line and etc. The lady said very kind to just go back and they can redo the order, i felt it wasn't going to happen. Cst service got my # to credit me the 2 drinks in my rewards acct, within mins my bf came back with a cup on the side with the berries, he was told they couldn't remake the order. On the website it says to just go back, as well the lady in cst service told me the same thing. Well my bf went twice for nothing nor i got credit for both drinks. I followed the instructions and nothing happened. Very sad for a good business
