First time here and I was very satisfied. Went in about 930ish for the breakfast buffet. The 2 Buffet lines are small butttt there is a great variety of items. Scrambled eggs with different mix ins like bacon, ham, weenie, nopales, chorizo, chicharron in green and red sauce, reg beans and chorizo beans, plain papas, papas a la mexicana, papas con chorizo, hash browns, Bacon strips, sausage patties. I can keep on goin. Food was fresh and hot. Price for morning was $10.99 plus drink $2.89. Service was excellent as well. This place is a must try at least once.

I'm not usually into buffets but this is a great little Mexican buffet. Not a huge selection but very tasty. Wonderful Pollo con Mole. Rice done just right. Tortillas feel and taste homemade. Good salsas. Cheery (though hardly elegant) ambience. Friendly service. The only downside is that they close at 3 PM. We will be going back.

Came here for a staff meeting with my boss and coworkers. Truly loved the decor. All the positive vibes and messages around the restaurant. They cater to a buffet and extras if one chooses to. Food fabulous. Staff fabulous. In my opinion one downside the area is not really set up for meetings. All of us were sort of cramped up close to each other, and we were only nine of us.

Golden Corral...step aside because Edith's has arrived.Edith's takes the approach of quality over quantity...some buffets present you with many more options BUT the quality isn't there. Edith's has a smaller buffet option but they are what we can call the "greatest hits" of Mexican food.They have mole, carne guisada, puerco en salsa, enchiladas, menudo, pozole...and the list goes on. Each one feels like my mom cooked it in the back and told them to bring out...not many Mexican buffets can reach that home cooked flavor... Edith's definitely did.I personally had the enchiladas...the cheese on top was nicely toasted. They also had menudo...the tripe was clean, cooked well, and no fat on it. They also had the right amount of pozole in it...I definitely had more than one bowl of it.If there is one downside of the place...is the parking and the wait. There is a parking spot for veterans so kudos to them! I made sure to use it considering I served....and we waited about 20 mins before entering. But I won't knock it because you should know that parking will be tight and there is a wait as well...and if you still decide to go, you already knew what to expect.If you like quality over quantity...and good homestyle cooking...stop by Edith's!

Stopped by with my husband and son for brunch , food was nice and warm, it was running low on a lot of options but eventually we're refilled . Although food was not bad, I feel it was just a little too bland for my taste, no real rich flavors in anything I ate which made it not very memorable . Staff was nice and welcoming, I had a Iced white chocolate mocha and it also was very bland but will be happy to stop by again and give it another try one day

Delicious buffet food! Loved their beans, potatoes and bacon. The bacon was a smidgen chewy but it was overall great.

We came out to try Edith's Buffet. We had a 30 minute wait. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. The service was good. The buffet was constantly being replenished. The food for me and my family was bland. But that is just us.

Looked and Looked now changed Businesses. Went at opening 8AM. Excellent Breakfast. Remember to order from menu items not in buffet, included in price. Will be back. A good place. Local fruits and Veggies! Can taste the difference. All was fresh. Great service very very attentive. Need to take more family

The food was cold and super greasy. The waitress was not helpful at all. It was our first time and didn't realize we had to order some things on the menu separately. Then the buffet turned from breakfast to lunch and when I went to get one .... Did I mention it was one thing from the lunch buffet, the waitress charged me extra and failed to mention that she would do that. I would have not taken the one food item! I honestly never do buffets but I had heard it was ok so I wanted to try it out. Nope ! Never again.

Liked that they have made to order eggs and a few more items. Good selection. Only thing is flour tortillas were slow to come out and the corn were not very good. I didn't try their candy bar but thought it was a great concept for kids. I would go back. And maybe try lunch too.

The food had too much MSG and u knew it did. Which makes a person feel sick. The food bar was a little sloppy and messy. The service was good. The facility was clean. The food flavors were decent. All u can eat corn and flour tortillas upon request.
