Was so disappointed here. My husband and I stopped here to eat breakfast before church. We sat ourselves down and waited to get attended. We got there at 10:15am, no one came to bring us a menu till 10:30 and asked for our drinks. It was 11:20 and our food was still not out but everyone else was getting serviced and food before us. We had to walk out because service was starting soon. We did not get to eat and service was horrible.

Things have changed here so much. I was a big fan of El Dorado for 4 years until these last 3 times I've gone food has been tasting a bit off. Bread and pancakes honestly tasted sour and smelled unpleasant, like if it was expired. Portions of the food are way smaller than before. Restrooms are always so dirty. Someone really needs to work on cleaning the walls and doors to be honest and making sure the trash is taken out twice a day atleast. If your wanting a good restaurant for breakfast with amazing food, great service as well as being clean, try DONA PAZ RESTAURANT in Weslaco. Its a small little restaurant but the food is amazing. I have not tried there lunch menu yet only breakfast.

Daughter and I had breakfast at around 12 40 and we asked for 2 waters as waitress came back,we ordered 2 migas locas and for our tortillas we ordered crispy tortillas and waitress side eyed me like if she was doing me a favor..she was kinda rude never came back to serve us ..took long to bring our order and so we asked for chips and salsa and waitress said we only serve to people who eat lunch,even though they took over 30 mins to bring our order out...but anyways we treated the kinda radish waitress good, thank you the few times she stopped by the table and tipped her good,we can't treat people the way they treat us,waitress hope you smile and be more of a people person
