Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the two employees working were not very helpful. When we got home, we found the pumpkin pie was undercooked, you could tell the pumpkin hadn’t been fully cooked. I chose to reach out via email instead of leaving a review right away but never received a response. Because of that, I’m sharing my experience here. To add, this occurred November 2025 during Thanksgiving.

I had seen this place all over social media and happened to be in the area, so I decided to stop by. Unfortunately, the service was a big disappointment from the moment I walked in. The treats looked amazing, but I’m not spending money where the staff can’t even be welcoming. The overall vibe was uncomfortable — the people in the back just stared, and the person at the front gave a really unfriendly look. There was a loyal customer there, and the front staff seemed more interested in chatting with them than greeting new customers. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Earlier today, my coworker Analy C. gifted me a small birthday cake from this bakery. At first smell, I already knew this cake was going to be absolute quality. I couldn't wait to taste it before arriving home, so I took a small bite. Jesus. That experience was beyond my wildest expectations. Highly recommend! 10/10
