I love eating here with my girlfriend, the dine in has so much space to pick to eat at. The food always comes out in great condition for us. Their fries, strips, spicy chicken and the grilled sandwiches are WAY better than the ones at whataburger and Popeyes. I’m going to be taking my future kids here to eat one day

Always tell us to park in the front when we go through the drive-thru. Can be the smallest order but will still send us to parking space number 1. Not to mention how long it takes to make it. They don't have enough workers to prevent their customers from waiting.

Im vegan my dad n i...i order 4 hashbrowns and 2 kids meals no meat add all the veggies...i use the receipt alway to get 2 for the price of 1 jumbos jax no meat n no mayo...i add the hashbrowns to the burgers. Ive done this in houston chinatown on samhouston exit...u could do this in all jacks in texas. God bless jacks way

I go to this place every weekend and never had trouble but I went today and the worker was giving attitude and messed up my order when taking it she missed an order then took 20 mins to get our order to us but it wasn't even then same person

Drive thru window lady was awesome. But the fried egg was browned almost blackened. The other sausage, scrambled egg was put in box but not together. Atmosphere? It's a drive thru none.
The staff is always quick with our orders. Today one of the curly fries came out looking like a dinosaur 🦕 lol
