The croissant doesn't come in ham anymore? Also we did get takeout but we had to go back to go to the restroom as I was in the men's restroom there was a guy shaving his beard where you wash your hands. And it's one of the employees.

Several friends came today Nov 13 2025 at 11:00am and we all had complaints. First, they only gave me half of the order, 40 minutes later we had to get up to ask for the rest of the order. About my nuggets order she told me grumpily "we're going to fry them right now" (40 minutes later and with the store relatively empty) and when they delivered them (which was another 8 minute wait) they were cold as a dead man. The egg in the "jack breakfast" had a shell that looked like I was chewing sand. The salad order that they didn't deliver for over 40 minutes was simply there in a to-go bag behind the counter as if it belonged to another customer and in a bad mood she reluctantly grabbed it and gave it to us. The coffee was delivered dark with nothing in it!! There was nothing to put on it (sugar, milk, cream, etc.) We had to get up and ask about the sugars and the half and half that they had hidden in a fridge behind the counter without even telling us or offering us anything . We will never go back to that Jack's again. If you visit this restaurant, go on a shift when these lousy employees are not there!!

Went for lunch with 4 of my co workers ! We work for the city of weslaco ! We had a coupon for a family of 4 and they didn’t want to help because they didn’t have chicken patties! How is tht our fault ? We asked to be replaced with regular patties and they denied the service ! Horrible service !
Terrible customer service!! 11:05 am 10/05/24 whoever the girl taking orders at the drive through was had a terrible attitude the lady in front of us drove off as well, we didn’t know why till it was our turn to order. No one but the lady that drove off and us at the drive through yet she was hurrying us up like the place was full. Dine in had about 3 cars 🤦🏻♀️
