I was at store located in Weslaco, Texas(1015). There was one vehicle ahead of me waiting for their order. I only ordered a large sweet tea. I don't know how long they had been there already, I waited 10 minutes in line behind them and decided to drive off after realizing it wasn't worth waiting for a drink for that long.

They took 20min to make 1 burger combo 4 dollar tacos and a kids combo. And on top of it I got the wrong burger combo. This is supposed to be a fast food chain how is it possible to be this slow and still get the orders wrong!

Haven’t eaten Jack in the box in awhile now, it’s locations range and there isn’t one in Mercedes where I am from. I got out of work late night and needed to go to the bank in Weslaco so on the way back I got off the expressway and decided to stop for late night food. Their drive thru is open 24 hours, the service was nice and the lady told me to park in spot #1. The food was fresh the fries ? were delicious and I also got a cheesecake so I was super satisfied with the experience.

Breanna was working drive thru & she sounded like she didn’t want to be there. Horrible customer service she was giving at the window. She had me park while my order was being prepared & when she brought out my order she basically just tossed the order in my hand.honestly put someone at the window who actually wants to be there.
