This Jason's deli does not answer the phone . They pretended not to hear you when they answer and hang up on you. Aside from doing my to go order wrong their customer service sucks.

I am partial to the food here. It's tasty and fresh but you pay for those qualities. It is definitely more cost-effective to dine in or carry out. Delivery is pricey. Great sandwiches and salad bar make a trip to Jason's worth the drive.

Many tables dirty when we arrived, took them 30 minutes to start cleaning them. I had to return 3 firks because of food debris on those forks. The 1/2 turkey club was very good. The seafood gumbo was incredibly salty. My bride loved the salad bar...

Get Juicy The real natty juice
I love coming here due to it being a healthy choice , however my fruit was spoiled and when I addressed it ,the manager seemed very bothered . I remained calm trying to explain the situation but kept getting a negative response with attitude. This seemed very unprofessional , specially coming from someone in charge . I was not considered when it came to customer service. I didn’t feel as if I were a paying customer, but rather a nuisance. I received a credit order after a prolonged debate; And upon arrival I was treated as a nuisance once again. I hope this changes. I like Jason’s deli but will change my options of food choice because this behavior.It makes difficult to trust someone acting in this manner specially when they are handling your food. No one wants to feel this way when you’re trying to put healthy options in your body.
