Customer service and quality of the food is horrible now. My family and I used to come to juice us almost every day. Now when we go the shakes are watery, acai bowls are frozen solid to the point where you can’t eat them and the matcha tastes like water. I once ordered a strawberry cloud shake as I had before in the past and the shake was brown and watery. I brought this to the employee’s attention and she stated the recipe had now changed and they put chocolate in it. Not only has the customer service become horrible but so has the quality of the food and it’s disappointing.

Brownsville location is better so far. Weslaco location's food is good. I've had their salads, their smoothie bowl thing, and their juices. I usually have the chilaquiles which are alright. Except for the beans. They taste like Bush's canned refried beans, which are not good lol. I hate wasting food but I absolutely cannot eat them. It's a terrible flavor. But if you like canned refried beans, I guess this is the spot for you.
And I don't know what y'all are doing in the kitchen, but there's never someone at the front to take my order so there have been times that I have to wait a few minutes even though there's no customers lol.
Now, what I absolutely can't stand is their attitude/customer service. Half of the people (usually the ladies), from my experience, have been nice. The other half (usually the guys) are very...impatient? What makes a restaurant exceptional is not only the quality of food, it's also good customer service and employees who care. If I have questions about the menu, I don't expect impatience or rushing. I don't expect straight faces and condescending tones. Y'all are in the SERVICE INDUSTRY but don't act like it. If y'all wanna act like fast food workers, then I suggest y'all advertise yourselves as such. Otherwise, you're just another restaurant on google that people are going to scroll past when they're deciding where to eat.
The one thing I did really like is that they have magazines that showcase local RGV restaurants.

I enjoy the food from juice us, but I’ve been a couple of times to this location. Today, they took over 20 minutes to bring food after I was told when I got here that the order would take 10 minutes because of the amount of orders (around 7 people dining in). Once they bring it, it is the wrong order. Now they took even longer. Usually when I come, there is no personal available on the cashier area. I am truly disappointed.
Update: order was brought in 30 minutes later and had to get to go.

The food here always hits and every visit has been wonderful…until today. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks. It took 25-30 minutes to my food, but I had to ask for a to-go box because I had to leave. I went up to the counter to ask why it was taking long for my food to get boxed and the server was clearly distracted talking on his headset or something. There was only 4 customers, including me so I don’t know how I received slow and bad service. The servers name is Taytan and I just hope he gets better training on efficiency and professional customer service. It was a frustrating experience. ***The worst part: I opened my box to eat and they did not add the chicken I payed extra for.

I visit Juices in Weslaco at least once a week because the food and products are truly excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing compared to the McAllen location. At the Weslaco branch, staff rarely greet customers or create a welcoming atmosphere, which makes the experience feel cold and uninviting. Simple gestures like saying “hello” or “welcome” would make a huge difference, yet they are noticeably absent during most visits. I hope management addresses this gap in training and service, because the quality of the products deserves to be matched by the quality of the customer experience.
I’m also including a picture of how my food was bagged today. The box was open, and my meal was placed inside with the silverware and napkins loosely thrown in, which raised concerns for me about cleanliness and proper food handling—especially as I’m currently pregnant.

I come to town for business often and always stop here because it’s so delicious and healthy! They are quick and consistent. I usually order juices and the acai bowl. Both are so satisfying. Lovely place to sit down nd work too. Thank you Juice Us!

Ordered a poke bowl…. they forgot my tuna and didn’t bother to tell me until got home 20 minutes away. They refunded it for me which is of them i guess. I picked up my friends order which she had put online. They gave her the wrong sauce and there was a hair in it. My friend said, “I thought it was a poke bowl not a lettuce bowl” from the immense amount of lettuce in her poke bowl…… It should not be this hard to follow basic directions, especially when the place is empty with no customers.

The açaí bowls are my favorite! Not too sweet and the glow lavender? smoothie is delicious. I always add collagen in them. Very well made. Egg mamas are my favorite breakfast too.
