Food was ok. Beans were bland but was better when added the salsa they give you. Got the omelette but eggs were over cooked. They should never have brown on them. The Shipwreck was better.( eggs, bell peppers, bacon, onion and cheese all scrambled together). The best thing about the place was the cinnamon roll! It's huge and tastes great. Daughter loved it.
The food was delicious and the service was quick! I ordered this house cinnamon roll thinking it would be a regular sized breakfast dessert but it was a massive full sized plate roll and absolutely delicious!
First of all, we want to thank the staff for waiting for us after finding out that we came from McAllen to Weslaco. We didn't know that they closed early on Sundays. Anyway, the food was delicious as always, and the service was great even though they were closing for the day. We got great service with a smile and some humor.
