Fries, what fries I counted 17. THERE IS NO VALUE HERE... YOU/WE WILL PAY DEARLY...ANYWHERE WE GO!!! IT'S NOT THE ECONOMY...IT'S GREED!!!!

Went through drive-thru order two combos sweet tea was watered down manager exchanged it got our food left. I was eating and in the mashed potatoes there was a big piece of plastic in there. I’m glad I saw it and didn’t choke from it! I was pissed off called and the manger didn’t want to reimburse my money he gave me a large mashed potatoes and gravy like I really needed all that! I let him and the staff know I was gonna leave a bad review they need to obviously be clearer and watch where they put there things it could’ve turned out to me worse. Thank God it wasn’t pissed off customer for sure didn’t even eat grossed me out big time!

Linda was extremely rude, from the moment we pulled up to order to the time we got our meal she was giving us a lot of attitude and just being very hostile in general. Her “customer service” ruined the whole meal. I hardly ever speak up when someone is being rude, because everyone has bad days, but this was just insane. She also tried giving us a fake name “Belinda” when we told her we would be giving management a complaint. If you look back at the reviews there are several complaints specifically about her. She should not be working in the drive thru.

Worst kfc ever I spent $69 on cold chicken the biscuits were old the sides were dry and I asked to speak to the manager and she attacked me verbally she said if I didn’t like it not to come back I don’t know why corporate office still has her employed there killing a long time good tradition I guess it’s a south Texas thing good luck to other customers !!

As much as I love the food from here and have for about fifteen years, this location struggles in certain aspects. My main issue is their inconsistency with their open hours listed on their front door. Recently, my wife and I walked all the way from Mercedes over to chill at KFC and get a sizable meal. This occurred on a Sunday. That being said, both Google Maps AND KFC’s front door both state they are open until 10:30 pm on Sunday. However, my wife and I were very disappointed to see that they had already closed their doors by 8 pm when we arrived. That’s really all I can say negatively about this place, but otherwise the freshly cooked chicken is worth the wait. Just call to make sure they’re actually open before ordering.
The worst place to visit when you are short on time during your lunch break from work because I was told at the drive-thru that there would be an 18 minute wait for crispy chicken during dinner time at 5:00 pm. I thought that perhaps being the busiest time of day when customers arrive to request for food service, perhaps they would have a batch of prepared chicken for the customers since chicken is their specialty. I do not recommend this restaurant who is supposedly a fast-food restaurant that specialize on fried chicken and they don't have it prepared.
