Very bad waiting time. 2 people alone on sat. I was the only customer waiting to be approached to order, they just said we'll be right with you . That was 10-12mins.

Pizza usually comes out fresh and tasty, but employees never correctly cut pizzas. End up having to do their job for them.

This location has a very poor customer service. I placed an order and waited 20 minutes when I went to check I was informed I was going to have to wait because they had just placed the order. I asked for my refund. As I’m waiting the lead she just didn’t care. A customer who has waited 10 minutes she apologized too but not me and decided to give that customer wings and I don’t know what else for the inconvenience. When I asked for her managers name she refused to give it to me but yet she was on the phone w him asking him how to do a void. What type of people r they hiring that have no customer service experience and then I don’t even know how this young lady even became a lead. Well I will be reaching their supervisor Jesus and making sure they know how unprofessional and horrible my experience was.

Honestly I can say everytime I go never once was it a bad experience your prolly gotta be a real Karen to have had a bad experience they work fast here everyone always seems happy and helpful over alll love the place !!!

Last time I ordered online, I was waiting forever for an update on the order. Just to finally give in and go and check. Just to find out the order had already been done, the employees just never updated. Not to mention employee were laughing at a customer in drive through. The girls there just giggle and gossip and hardly pay attention to customer service

1015 Weslaco: Ordered a cheese bread that was almost burnt and not even cut. For some reason their pizzas come soaked with oil underneath it.When you try to call they don’t answer. The female manager I spoke could care less, making excuses for why they don’t answer the phone, but I’ve have gone and just see employees talking.
