I don't know why they would get rid of their regular fries for these waffle fries. Waffle fries when they get cold they're hard and disgusting. Today the batter didn't even taste the same like if they weren't even cooking it the right way. They need to go back to everything even the menu they changed to White it looks super bright it no longer feels like a peaceful atmosphere. Long John silver's no more

Ordered hush puppies and cheese curds at 6pm. The hush puppies were cold and the cheese cuts were a concealed big lump and not hot either. There was also at least a cup full of deep fryer crunch in the box with g the food. DISGUSTING! Threw it out!

I pop in here every now and then. Love the fish, chicken and hush puppies. Service is always outstanding. Convenient for me since I live nearby.
The staff was great! Lovly, friendly and over & above service. Loved Silvers back 30 years ago. Food here was terrible. I only forced down one fish and a few fries. Through away the rest.
