Very disappointing experience. Our Quarter Pounder was clearly not fresh you could taste it immediately. One of my chicken tenders was so tough I literally couldn’t bite through it. On top of that, they forgot to include my child’s 6 piece nuggets What makes this worse is that I used to be a manager at another McDonald’s, so I understand the standards, procedures, and how food quality and accuracy should be handled. This location did not meet those standards at all. Freshness, quality checks, and order accuracy were clearly lacking. I expected much better.

So I ordered a mcrib meal which only available for a limited time expecting to satiate my craving for one... it had a barely brushed on barbecue sauce, 2 pickles and no oions... dry as the Sahara. I have noticed that I always have problems at this location. Will not come back here again.

Train reck!!!!! This store and management and even corporate is ridiculously bad, for having such an unorganized business! I can’t even believe how long I was in the drive through I was in line for freaking 35mins and still waited on my food as I got to the window. Im from the city and I know it’s 2mins per customer this isn’t jack n box where the food is fresh! No it’s sitting their under an heating lamp and its just disgusting dirty! Rude kids weak management. The line should be moving at a timely manner I’m over hearing kids say oh they sent me home (for what) better yet Iam gonna have to email the CEO when I finally get to the front all these kids are standing around dancing rapping acting like a mess but I guess for 10hrs that’s what u get

So delicious we got the McRib and it's was awesome but they do need someone to clean The coke section it was watery doesn't take much to clean that and there's so many workers that can do it even the manager will look at it not even clean it
This is the worst McDonald's in the RGV. They make you wait over 20 minutes in a curbside number every time I place an order and my order is usually wrong.

I have never been to such a filthy and dirty place. With over seven employees present, not a single one bothered to clean up. It was so revolting that I lost my appetite.🤢
