Supervisor Eddie Chavez is a rude person and another lady supervisor as well.. the lady humiliated a young person the young kid asked for a water cup he filled up with regular fountain drink the lady supervisor went up to him told him to pay full pricein front of customers yelling like if he is a bad person.. stands at door of lobby... the young kid goes and try to pay for drink... card don't go thru... we all don't know what that young person. Going thru...I tried to pay for his drinks the lady says no throws cups away In trash.... I had my cups from my meal I purchased decide to ask the young kid wat drinks he wants in the process the supervisorEDDIE Chavez approaches me starts screaming and saying I walked out when I just opened door in lobby didnt step outside and my wife was in lobby waiting for my mocha... he was screaming In my face yelling in front of customers no sence of customer service... wat a role model for the company... should fire both Eddie and the other lady wasn't able to get name cuz she walked to the back... They as well talk bad and aggressive to employees...

There have been several times that I go to eat there and there have been about 3 to 4 times that I get a very despotic girl and I ask her for food to eat there and she always gives it to me to take away because because she doesn't have clean trays and she gives me everything to take away Every time I go and there she always does it to me

Went to pick up my curbside order and the girl working curbside yelled at my husband. After we got home I saw we were missing an item so I called the restaurant ( I wasn't going to bring up the girl yelling at my husband) and told the manager I was missing something from my order I gave her my order number and she hung up on me ! I called back a few times and kept getting sent to voicemail. Since the voicemail get sent to both the supervisor of the store and restaurant I went ahead and left one telling my experience. Horrible and such rude service!!

I have previously had good service and excellent food at this McDonald's.Not today. Sunday, December 17, 2023 approximatley 1:15 p.m., the girl who took my order seemed to be in a daze. I ordered a Homestyle burger with no onions, and only 1 of the usual 2 mustards. (Because 2 mustards is too much and makes it ooze out and the sandwich fall apart.)After placing my order, I realized that she had not asked if I wanted to eat in or take it to go. I informed someone bringing out orders at the counter that I wanted to eat in. But soon a bag came out, so I took it and went and got a table. The only available tables were filthy.First thing I noticed was that the Coca Cola did not have much taste, seemed watered down. Upon opening my bag, I had some not very fresh fries, and a burger with NO MUSTARD AT ALL. When I went up to the counter, with it all, showing the girl and her sidekick who who was rather rude, that the ticket said NO MUSTARD, when I had ordered half mustard. She kept saying, it's not her fault. I finally said I did not care whose fault it was, could I get some mustard packets.With mustard packets, I returned to the table to eat, finding that the burger was seriously overcooked. As I was leaving, I had to find a trash bin that was not overflowing and too full to add more to, at which time I saw the girl who took my order and her sidekick at the register just hanging out and laughing it up, certainly not cleaning up the disgusting premises. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's. And I have been to a few, since I am over 65, and have traveled and lived over much of the U.S. I have even been to a McDonalds in Andorra.
