The people I have spoken to on the intercom are extremely rude and clearly unhappy. I understand that sometimes life throws us lemons but my goodness these people have no direction and clearly poor leadership. I suggest the owner taking some time to visit his location so that he can see how rude and unwelcoming his staff is. I would also suggest staff taking a crash course on customer service. The manager was no different, when i spoke to her she rolled her eyes and smacked her lips saying uh huh... I understand that sometimes customers can be difficult, but each customer is different. You never know what type of day a person is having so be kind, respectful, polite and professional. I was planning a funeral and it would have been nice to have had a kind voice on the other end.

Well... they made my order wrong today and didn't include cheese to my burger in my kids meal.I did it at the kiosk btw of a happy meal with my 6,000 points and it was a hamburger with light onions, extra pickles, add shredded lettuce and light mayo with extra kids fries and a small drink.I forgot to let them know of my drink which I already reached home and noticed it. I checked in my happy meal and noticed I got apple slices instead of extra kid fries and my hamburger came with cheese which I didn't order cheese. I'm lactose intolerant so imma eat it still since I don't wanna drive back and stuff since it's free.Just let them know to check before sending it out. I understand there was the dinner rush happening as well. ;; I ain't mad btw just :( that my burger came with cheese ? so now imma risk it ?

Waited 30min for one double cheeseburger. When I finally got home all my cheeseburgers buns were burned and had onions when I asked for no onions ... They move as slow as the brain cells can carry them !! Manager

I love my homestyle burger meal and the chicken nuggets r great. My grandkids love them . That's why I always go to McDonald's instead of What A Burger , sorry Whataburger lol.
