If I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff is disrespectful, and completely ignored me when I was at the window for 5 minutes. All I needed was a new sauce as the one they gave me was open. I even did a quick courtesy honk, and an employee saw me and walked away from window.

I love that's my house McDonald's I go every day to McDonald's on Texas on 18th Street that's my office that's my house so I go have my coffee and sit down and look on the on the laptop and look at things and I got to do and looking for business and different things right now and then I love being here cuz the only thing they need to do is have more people to stay in the front they go away mad so I need to stay you need to keep somebody up front all the time name all the steps stays in the back you need to leave the people gets upset with that amen amen amen

They are slow slow slow 🐌 wasn't busy cashier had no knowledge of what she was doing keppt asking for help and leaving mid order never once was greeted didn't even let me finish ordering when she left 😑 management come on you need better traning in customer service or hire more people

Asked for a strawberry shake they took my order no problem, once I got to the window coincidentally, the machine is now broken. Just terrible service overall, at least let a customer know before they get to the window.
