I waited over an hour, for them to tell me they didn't have a ticket for my order. I didn't get a sorry or anything, I'm never eating here again!!!
So unprofessional. Ordered food from them on doordash for pick up like usual. (Doordash & Google maps says its OPEN) & When we went it was CLOSED & the door literally said “Mon-Sun, 11am-11pm). Second time we went it was a WEDNESDAY it was closed. Not even a note or a post on Fb that it was closed. I think they should work on working their times on google maps & their own store.
The birria Tacos are amazing but the amount of wait time you have to wait to get your order is completely terrible I placed my order at 6:49pm over the phone and they told me it be ready in 15 minutes. I got to the place at 7:00pm to pay it is now 7:51pm I reached out to them again and told me they were very sorry and for me to wait another 15 minutes.
