Good selection and taste, though the lettuce was a bit watery.

The serving line was dirty it took a while for the staff to clean the area, the soda machine was out of coca cola, the dinning area was dirty, it seam like it was family day for the staff they had the family there and were real loud. It seam like there was no manager in charge and the staff was doing the what ever they wanted.

Had a party for my daughter there so had the private room for the party area. They did not have movies like they did in the main dining area. We of course had plates pilling up when people were eating and no one picked them up. I am 7 months pregnant and I was busting the tables. When we would look for someone they were all hiding in the other side of the dining hall just sitting around. It was not a busy day and there was hardly anyone there. The Farris wheel was broken and my daughter loves to go on it. A lot of other games were out of order so my daughter who was the birthday girl wanted to leave sooner since there was no games she can play. Spent over $500 to bust my own tables, clean up tables, rounded everyone up for the pinata and no one helped pass out the cake. When I asked for extra game cards since I wanted to pass out to adults I was scolded and was told by the manager it will be cheaper to go get them in the game room. Thought we paid to get assistance and help but no one helped. Would not recommend for the price. Mcallen Gattis at least we would always get one person to pick up the plates and clear the room and help with anything extra we needed. Food was cold also when asked for specialties they said they were busy but again no one was there. Less than 15 ppl was in the dining hall

The staff were friendly and very attentive to the requests from the customers. There was a variety of food available and they were hot and ready. The pasta area was fully stocked! Once we finished eating we headed to the gameroom area to play. There were a few machines that didn't work, but there were plenty of others that did, so we had a blast and racked up plenty of points to redeem for prizes. Everyone had a blast...from 2 year old to 60 year old.

The pizza was edible, but not all that. There weren't many choices either. The game room was a big letdown for my grandkids. A lot of the games were broken, or the second player option was broken. Overall, we won't be back.

It’s just what you’d expect from a pizza buffet. The salad bar was probably the best part.
