Food was good but I was hoping to eat carne guisada and they did not have it when I came to lunch that was disappointing for me then I asked for a refill on sweet tea and they took a long time to bring it to me and I was on my lunch break and they caused me to go in late from lunch because I had to also wait for the cashier to charge me. They should have a cashier that is always there to charge not having to wait till our server is not busy to charge me the meal. I might or might not come back to this place unless I actually have time to waist because their service was too slow.

Ordered Nachos , the waitress brought the plate and they were burned, told my Dad to return, but he didn’t want to, but I brought it up to the waitress and she agreed that they were, I asked her why did you serve him burned nachos? She said I told the cook but he said it didn’t matter, told her that that was poor service… very disappointed.

After we were seated I We waited 55 minutes for our food. Food was ok nothing exceptional. We had 1 breakfast & 2 lunches.
Food was plentiful and hot. Great prices. Fantastic service. Could be cleaner.

It took three tries and almost an hour for a single, very simple item. Supposedly got a discount but was overcharged on the bill instead! This was after speaking with manager. Not going back. Do not recommend.

Extremely disappointed. We were a family of seven that went in and after 30 minutes, nobody ever serviced us despite their being waitresses, walking around refilling peoples coffee mugs, and clearly they saw us but nobody ever approached us. So we got up and left. As we were leaving nobody even tried to apologize for the inconvenience.
