Oak Texas Bar & Grill is a hidden gem with amazing food. The drinks may not have top shelf options, but the friendly bartenders create a special atmosphere. The staff, especially Escar, provide awesome service and make guests feel extra welcome. Switching out high top tables for regular ones would make it perfect. The place offers a good vibe with friendly, welcoming, and professional service, especially from the bartender and server. The music has a good balance, and although the place could be a tad cleaner, it still has a nice atmosphere. Guests have enjoyed the food, such as wings cooked perfectly and delicious tacos, while the mimosa tower was a highlight. The service is friendly and attentive, making visitors want to return and support downtown Weslaco. However, the location can be difficult for wheelchair accessibility, and the place isn't kid-friendly. Overall, Oak Texas Bar & Grill is a great spot for drinks and good service in a relaxed setting.
