Wife has a Gluten allergy and they were unwilling to accommodate her food request. The only option available was white rice. We have been to other locations and they have been able to make her food without any sauce. They claimed the company prevents them from changing the recipe even if it’s due to an allergy. Very disappointing.

Ordered in drive thru and they took atleast 30 mins and when I got home order wasn’t cooked right
Weslaco's panda express are
Slacking. The food is dry and dirty, looks like its been from the day's before. Employees are rude and manager is lazy. All they want to do is chat and swap stories. Instead of focusing on what needs to be done.
Third portions container seems smaller!

It was honestly one of my best experiences there. People were nice, offered samples, and asked what I wanted in a non-overly pushy way. I got pretty full portions compared to sometimes, when it's half empty. The lady was just really nice

I placed an online order for my family and arrived to pick it up through the drive-thru. The young lady at the window was polite and asked me to pull up near the front door as you exit the drive-thru, so they could bring the order out to me; no problem at all.
However, after watching several cars exit the drive-thru, I realized something was off. After the fifth car passed, I decided to go inside. When I walked in, I explained I was waiting for my food as instructed. The young man at the register asked for my name and quickly found my order. It had been sitting on the shelf the entire time.
What changed the experience for the worse was the manager’s attitude. Instead of offering a simple apology, he immediately demanded to see my receipt. I explained I had gone through the drive-thru and was told to wait outside, and that my receipt was in the car. He showed no interest in confirming this with his staff at drive-thru and continued to press for the receipt.
After retrieving it and returning inside, I witnessed another customer walk in, give just a name, and leave with their food. No receipt needed, no questioning. At that point, I requested a refund. When the manager asked why, I simply told him customer service.
Because customer service matters. We’re not just paying for food; we’re paying for how we’re treated.
The lack of communication and basic courtesy from the manager turned what should’ve been customer recovery and a smooth experience into a frustrating one. Disappointing service for an order that could’ve been handled with a simple acknowledgment and a little effort to listen.

The chowmein tastes so bland. The orange chicken makes me sick. I don’t believe they follow the recipe because the Panda Express in Harlingen always tastes amazing.

Its alright..
Teriyaki chicken with out Teriyaki sauce is not Teriyaki chicken, that's just like boil chicken. Please make sure to include the Teriyaki sauce on all orders with the Teriyaki chicken. That happens almost always.
