Pizza Hut is always great but this particular Pizza Hut is terrible. The food was ok but the service well they don't have service. You have to ask for a menu and they'll give you 1 just 1, then you have to place your food and drink order up front. But there's more you have to go and get your own drinks which would be fine if they had a machine available for customers no you have to ask them for the drinks and you have to take all the drinks to the table. It was worse they give you the pizza and cheese bread already in the boxes they give you the wings no plates no forks nothing kinda like ok bye then they have the nerve to try and charge you gratuity on 6 or more people CRAZY!!!

Been waiting for my order that’s been ready and no one Seems to bother to help I just want to pay for my pizza and leave worker just sees and doesn’t help

The manager said she goes by the name of “Linda” said she was in the back and her co worker was in the rest room for 20 minutes as I waited for a pizza that was supposed to be ready for pick up as I arrived. I waited an extra 20 minutes for her to come out and tell me that I should have “called out for them” and maybe they could have helped me sooner. As the customer I shouldn’t be screaming out or shouting out to them for assistance. They heard the doorbell once I walked in. I was not greeted. Very horrible management and I will need corporates number to get ahold of them asap about this LINDA manager and her rude encounter.

Do not come here it is horrible. Courtesy went out the window the moment I walked in. The manager or person manning the cash register, Robert, didn't want to come out past the counter to either seat us or take an order, said "I'm not going over there, I'm taking dine-over here." Then, to make matters worse, he started bemoaning our option to dine-in with a co-worker behind the counter. I was so mad, I had my friend act as a go-between, cause of the service. I wanted to walk out and go somewhere else, but I didn't want to leave, so he earned his pay. I get it you want have an easy shift, but common manners go a long way. After all that, though, the food was good, so credit due where it's due.

I placed my order at 1:05pm and I didn’t leave with my pizza until 1:55pm. I literally had to tell one of the workers to give me the pizza because it was just sitting there. They are clearly understaffed. One of the other workers making pizza was just standing there watching as the lady handled the customers. To top it off my pizza wasn’t even made right. They need to manage this place better or try to get more employees

Well I was told that I couldn’t dine-inn anymore. So I had to leave the time was Friday 10:40pm. They close at 1am on Friday. Not sure if I want to return again.
