Do not come here it is horrible. Courtesy went out the window the moment I walked in. The manager or person manning the cash register, Robert, didn't want to come out past the counter to either seat us or take an order, said "I'm not going over there, I'm taking dine-over here." Then, to make matters worse, he started bemoaning our option to dine-in with a co-worker behind the counter. I was so mad, I had my friend act as a go-between, cause of the service. I wanted to walk out and go somewhere else, but I didn't want to leave, so he earned his pay. I get it you want have an easy shift, but common manners go a long way. After all that, though, the food was good, so credit due where it's due.

I placed my order at 1:05pm and I didn’t leave with my pizza until 1:55pm. I literally had to tell one of the workers to give me the pizza because it was just sitting there. They are clearly understaffed. One of the other workers making pizza was just standing there watching as the lady handled the customers. To top it off my pizza wasn’t even made right. They need to manage this place better or try to get more employees

Well I was told that I couldn’t dine-inn anymore. So I had to leave the time was Friday 10:40pm. They close at 1am on Friday. Not sure if I want to return again.

Ordered a pizza through the mobile app, and checked in and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for a pizza that was clearly ready.
As a former employee of Pizza Hut for 6 years, I strongly advise everyone to avoid this location. I ordered a large 3-topping pizza, and what I received was appalling. The pizza wasn't even cut properly, the sauce was exposed, and the toppings were mediocre at best. This is undoubtedly the worst Pizza Hut in the valley. It doesn't look like a $20 pizza, and it's downright depressing. The Pizza Hut at 623 W U.S. Hwy 83, Weslaco, TX 78596 is a disgrace. Save your time and money. It's actually sad. I would’ve wanted a refund because this pizza is definitely not worth it.
