Awful experience. I ordered a dinner box online for curbside, arrived on time. This location wasn't busy and I was still waiting almost 20 minutes outside even after calling them twice and leaving 3 notifications that I was outside. I finally went in and the MANAGER herself told me nobody could go out because they were shortstaffed. There was one couple in the restaurant. I didn't even receive an apology from manager and my food was cold. I called to complain and the manager kept hanging up on me. I'll never be going to this Pizza Hut again.

I've lived in my hometown since birth and through the years have gone dined in nd have take out at the Pizza Hut on Old Bussiness 83. An I must say through the years the service has gotten to exceptional and I've traveled the RGV nd other states and The RGV Pizza hut especially at home have the best tasting, hot ? and ready to dine in or eat out Pizza , Pastas, Calzones, Salads and deserts! Messed up my order again. Extra sauce on wrong pizza. Asked for pepperoni lovers n looked like a skimpy reg pepperoni pizza.... super Supreme pizza was dry as a desert lol wings were HARD N DRY ... IM QUITTING PIZZA HUT
