Place is a bit outdated but the service is great. I have no problem ordering through their mobile app and picking it up. Highly recommend if for pizza craving ?
Feel bad for the csr tonight. Manager or someone was bumping orders before they were ready and he had to explain why orders were taking so long. Manager is so worried about her bonus that she offers no sort of discount or even an acceptable reasoning for the long service.

I had ordered a pizza on the app at 7:40 p.m. never heard any thing after 1hr and 20mins I called said it should be out already for delivery. 20 more mins go by and they told me they would look into it. Then called again after 20 mins they said oh it just left. Called the call center the manager at the call center call the store turns out that the doordash had canceled the order and was just there because if there are no delivery drivers they send doordash. Never once in all the 14 times I called was I ever told this and a simple call works have been nice instead of waiting for over 2 hrs wait on a non existent driver that was delivering this to us. I absolutely worse experience I have ever had with any restaurant I rated everything one because 0 isn't available good luck to you if you order.
Ordering online and picking up. Pizza was not good!!!!! I ordered a supreme. Veggies were not cooked right. I called and spoke with so called Manager Kianna who said she could only make me a medium supreme with the condition I take back my left overs. Talk about over paying for food and bad customer service!!!!

Satisfied customer here, Pizza was delicious, they had 3 different specials posted on a board to see as soon as you walk in. The waitress was very nice and brought us refills with out wait. The whole place was very clean...
Our order took more than 45 minutes our salad was given to us with the pizza and no silverware we had to ask for And restrooms were filthy blood on sinks. And pizza didn’t have enough sauce was no sauce just on the crust ?♀️ Bad experience

We ordered wings, after an hour and a half of waiting, I go ask for my order which had not even been placed, so we left. I called to speak to the manager and she refused to come to the phone! Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!!!

What can I say pizza hut is hit or miss on pizza. The restaurant in the inside looks depressing not inviting at all. This pizza hut needs new owners...Happy Health to all

This Pizza Hut is the worst establishment I have ever been too. They have JR High kids running this place. I placed an order at 9 pm ( 2 large pizzas ) and at 10:00pm and I have not seen my Food come out yet. I can’t leave since I already paid for it. Poor management! I recommend finding another Pizza Hut an hour away from this one in Weslaco on Texas avenue.
