Been coming here ever since they opened I don’t really think it’s a real restaurant the few times I’ve gone I never get my order taken and always have to leave empty handed I have ordered food here before always looked unprepared and was cold I get it’s a fast food place but they don’t take orders fast enough like come on I’m a server I take care of guests take orders clean tables it’s so easy taking a order I promise yall if yall need workers put a help wanted sign or something I like Popeyes so sucks when I have one near by my home and I have to go to the next town over to get my order taken and the reason I don’t think it’s a real restaurant I always see very few ppl in there always empty workers are almost never there and when they do take my order they act surprised or like they don’t know what they are doing do better or shut it down

I love Popeyes chicken but this place has horrible servers it’s like they are miserable with their job here, never had experience this kind of service in any other locations I’ve been. Popeyes needs to train their staff to be more efficient, helpful, kind and respectful.

Then messing up my order, never coming here again, or at least until they get people that know how to hustle and run a store. Food was warm at best ,it was as if they waited for the chicken to reach full size then butchered it.

Well I had the T-Mobile free wings if you order 5 dollar item to get the wings so the lady tells me to get it you have go T-Mobile which I was and then I selected the 5 dollar item which I did fries and mashed potatoes then when the order came out NO WINGS JUST THE FRIES AND MASHED POTATOES WERE GIVEN AND TOLD THE WHAT HAPPENED I DID WHAT YOU TOLD ME TO DO AND THIS IS ALL I GOT WITH NO HELP JUST LOOKING AT ME SO I TOLD GER NEVERMIND AND WALKED OUT NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT CAME HONE AND I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT AND TOOK OFF MY APP, NO POPEYES FOR ME 👎 Thank You

Ms. Grecia and Jazlyn were friendly when taking our order. They served the food at the counter with a smile and thanked us for our visit. Additionally, kudos to Ms. Grecia for using her skills as a fluent bilingual speaker to respectfully take the orders if both English and Spanish speaking customers. Her grammar and use if formal Spanish was greatly appreciated by the Spanish speaking couple that had trouble ordering from the English only menu. Now that was going above and beyond to help provide a nice dining experience. Last but not least, kudos to the female manager on shift for professionally handling the grumpy customer who was super picky about wanting bigger fresher pieces of chicken. He got what he wanted, but the manager clearly and politely explained that they could accommodate his request, but it would be about 10 to 20.minutes for a new batch. She politely thanked him for his patience.

Bad attitude and bad service. Their 5 piece chicken tenders for 11.99 (just the tenders) is not worth it, very small pieces, dry and cold. Tried to call them several times to let them know about it but never answered, will never go again, bad quality food
