03/07/25 I live several towns over, made an effort to drive to the Weslaco, location. After receiving my order,I asked the clerk if everything was inside, including the pies I ordered she told yes. I drive home and sure the order was not complete. The pies, which I went out of my way to order were missing. I was not going to drive 30 minutes back for a couple of pies. But now I have a bad taste in my mouth, for this location.

My food was under done, they literally served me raw chicken and then refused to give me a credit or my money back.. The manager lori should be fired, she's extremely rude and unprofessional.

All tables were dirty and I asked to get one clean and I was handed a rag to clean it myself and told a man there that if they don't clean the tables and all he said was he was everywhere and took the towel then they had the condiments empty and I ask why and they told me the manager gets mad if they put condiments and napkins out so customers can have access to them it was the worst experience ever and tables still dirty

OWNER WAKE UP! The people that work at this store, especially the manager, are ruining business for you. They are rude and generally don't care. Went and ordered a bucket of chicken with sides. It was taken a while. I asked, and they kept saying they were waiting on chicken, even though they were filling other orders. Finally called me over to tell me they didn't even know what I ordered after over 40 minutes. They lost my ticket. I understand things happen, but they lied about it and kept me waiting for no reason. The rude manager never even apologizes and gets upset when I tell them to just give me a refund. There is absolutely no customer service at this store. If the owner responds, it will probably be another generic response like all the others.
