Rollitos Ice Cream

Not the best experience, bought a Agua Mineral Preparada and the girl who served me was clueless on what she was doing. Idk how they prepare the agua mineral but she put sweet chamoy on mine:/ it was disgusting had to throw it away i literally just wanted an agua mineral with lemon, tajin and salt😭 lmao she prepared it like if it was a rusa and when i asked her what the chamoyada had she was clueless couldn’t give me a good answer to what any of the prepared items contained:/

You should give a woman named i think trinity a raise

If I could give this place zero stars, I would honestly, even negative stars wouldn’t be enough to describe how bad my experience was. The food was terrible and ridiculously overpriced. I came in with high expectations based on other reviews, but I left completely disappointed. I’m not usually one to complain or speak badly about someone’s business, but the way I was treated was beyond unacceptable. I left not just dissatisfied, but genuinely hurt by the experience. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I got a Banana split and it is enough for two people. Everything is pretty fair priced and delicious. This is a good local spot to bring your family to for some snacks or to pick up and watch a movie with the comfort of your own home. 😊

Man let me tell you!! I saw this place on tik tok , mind you I live in Austin TX , 6 hrs away!! I decided to come and try it out, it did not disappoint! The girl in the front counter with the red lipstick was so cheerful she greeted me and made me feel comfortable , she was soooo nice! The snacks where amazing!! The vibe was really good!

My husband and I have stopped by a few times already and they never disappoint. My favorite is the kind smiles with great customer service. The snacks always hit the spot. Praying much success for this beautiful couple! Blessings!!!

This is by far the WORST place to get snacks in the valley.
The customer service was horrendous, and the food was mediocre.
The two employees that were present did not want to be there. It took them 35 minutes to make 2 rolled ice creams.
The place is beyond filthy with sticky floors, table tops, and flies.

The ice cream taste like it was Walmart bought. The employees have no idea what they were selling. Mind you, the other employee that could’ve helped make our order was in the back on her phone.
We were curious what the tostilocos contained and the lady had to stare at the image on the wall…. just to tell me a rough estimate.

My daughter wanted a plain rolled ice cream with nothing on it and lady kept insisting — oh you have to put something in it bc we can’t make it like that. Ma’am.
Its a freaking plain rolled ice cream.
I’m not asking you to bake a cake.

The nachos I order were super stale and the Tostilocos were disgusting.

If you don’t want to work there then find another job. Seems like serving simple counter items isn’t just for you.
I will never step foot in this establishment again. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!
