Very disappointing Cinnabons...not at all like the mall stores...Sam's are much better...pretty wack service too...great atmosphere, (not great) poor food...won't go back...they have a lot to work on. They are super busy in the back but not very efficient at all...is this a new location? Everyone seems or appears to be working hard but almost nothing seems to get done...very inefficient.

The staff here was excellent,they were very helpful and very professional that's off to the team we will go back to this shop
During our visit, we requested water and were charged for it. When I brought up the error, I was informed that they would need to recharge us to process the refund. This is absurd, especially since it was their mistake.

They have some amazing sandwich offerings! I have never been let down by Shlotzsky's as their menu has great variety. The food is always great, but the prices have really creaped skyward in the last year. That is their biggest set back. They do offer discounts for military members and the Schlotzsky's App is solid for rewards.
