I live in Mission and have never eaten in Weslaco, I asked someone for a breakfast recommendation restaurant. The lady recommended Sevilla Cafe. Should have not listened to her. The food was awful! I ate huevos rancheros, with cubed fried potatoes ( about 5 to 6 pieces had blackened disgusting rotting) The beans were greasy, and the eggs with salsa were bland. They probably use the cheapest eggs posible. The coffee tasted burned ? and the flour tortilla ( they only gave me one) was terribly unbeatable. It was tasteless and hard. You would think they would make good tortillas being a Mexican Cafe. The corn tortillas were cold and tasteless. Do not recommend! You find rotten potatoes and very low quality food and expect to have the meal compt, however no. I was charged for the eggs and the burnt tasting coffee. Never go there please!

Came for breakfast today ordered a small oatmeal, smelled kinda funny. We told the owner and he got mad then had the nerve to take my whole plate away while I was eating my toast. When I told him "why are you taking it away if I'm eating the rest" he got mad and started saying "we'll do we take it back or not". Service and food was good just not the owner.

I had never heard of this place before until someone said to try it out and it was a perfect choice. The breakfast is so delicious!!! Everyone is very very nice & welcoming. I definitely recommend! You will not be disappointed.
