I went with my family, and the service from the barista wasn’t the friendliest she always looks like she’s upset. This is the third time in separate months I’ve had the same experience with the same lady. I only go back because I didn’t want junk fast food, but I have to mention this option it’s not extraordinary. For chicken salads with grapes and pecans, I can just buy those pre made from H-E-B and add the pecans and grapes. It’s unbearable to have someone expect me or my kids to know the menu, especially when it has so many confusing combinations and an overwhelming presentation. (Marketing team, consider changing the menu—visually, it’s oversaturated.) No wonder this location is always empty.
Never coming back Points for the cashier that always try to fix her coworker attitude with a smile and friendly demeanor.
Oh and the coke zero syrup was not adjusted. Check the machine.

Bad service by the guy attending me rushed me like there was a line to order ( we where the only ones inside) I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews about a gay guy lol I’m pretty sure that's the one that attended me.

The costumer service is great, the employee named gil treated me and my friend well, he explained to my friend and I, everything about the menu, and he would even suggest us some of the best food options to try.

The gay man refused to give me my cup for my drink. I ordered online for pickup and had a agua fresca and he/she/they/them said I didn’t. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it because I was on my lunch break and I had to go back. Terrible service. People doing the outmost for minimal pay ?
