Worst place ever! They took over 30 minuites to bring me the wrong order. Took another 10 minutes to let them know they brought me someone else's food. Then took another 20 minutes to get my order and it was cold! Horrible place dont know how they're still in buisness. Management is a joke! Just a bunch of young kids playing around.

I stop here before i go in to work and it's always something... i always order a 44oz unsweetened tea and ask for 4 splendas on the side, they either give me sweet tea or forget my splendas, i called 2 times and spoke to a male shift manager and he offered a refund i agreed and he never refunded, 2 days later i go ask About the refund and he said i told him i didn't want a refund. He literally starred at me with a smirk on his face. Lack of management training or communication leads to poor management skills like these... i went yesterday and again they forget plus they said i hadn't paid so they had to go inside to verify i used the outside option to pay.. if there was a other option to get a drink before work i would of stopped coming here. Lady today refunded my drink tonight since tbey forgot my splendas AGAIN and i hhad to wait a extra 5 minutes

Loved this location. Well lit, plenty of parking, play area for the kids with an ordering kiosk. Volleyball area too! There's a drive-thru. Easy to order. Staff is polite, professional and friendly. Order was ready quickly. Hot food was hot and cold food/drinks were cold. Everything was delicious! Will definitely visit here again.

Just ordered two number 3 combos didn't get cheese on them. The fries onion rings and cheddar peppers were completely burned. Called to the store spoke with management they were absolutely no help at all. I didn't even get a receipt from my car hop person so I can't take my complaint up the corporate ladder. Over all worst meal that Sonic has ever served me. Extremely disappointed!

I work in construction, so I'm not originally from Weslaco, but I was pleasantly surprised that the food was hot. It was good and tasty. I ordered it online, and from where I was working, it's about a 15-minute drive to get there with traffic, so I wasn't really expecting the burger to be hot because usually, when you order on an app and go pick it up, the food isn't always hot. So, being that I had a bad experience in my hometown with Sonic, I wasn't really expecting much better, but these guys blew it out of the water. I give them a 100 out of 100. They were friendly. They were nice. That food was hot. It was fresh. It was delicious. It was worth the trip. Shout out to Mike Rosas; him and his crew took care of me. They smiled and treated me warmly. This team is doing an awesome job. If you're in the Weslaco area and you want a quick bite—a burger, some chicken strips—give these guys a shot. They will definitely take care of you, as if you were part of the family.

Stopped in for ice cream and was disappointed...I ordered the Turtle Truffle Nut. They Sprinkled some stuff over the top, but nothing down in the cup! I guess I'm too used to a Blizard that has whatever flavor you order all through the ice cream instead of just on top. But the ice cream part was good!
