I stop at this starbucks atleast once a week! But Today i order a grande ice matcha with a pump of toffee nut an the extra scoop of matcha; So it can be concentrated! But asoon as i got my drink the drink was luke green bearly any color; when i told the employee it was missing matcha he gave me a pupcup with matcha powder to finish preparing myself! Unacceptable!!!

Saturday, February 24, 10 at night, I ordered a cold decaffeinated coffee, without sugar and with whip cream with crushed ice, I commonly and always order the same thing in branches such as Edinburg University and McAllen 10th Street and these two branches have what I consume. Unfortunately in this Weslaco branch they do not have decaf coffee nor do they give you the ticket since the young man who helped me told me that they do not give a purchase receipt, it is worth mentioning that I paid with a debit card, which is too bad that they do not give you the purchase receipt since as a Starbucks company they do not know if we want to report with the tax receipts.The truth is we are NOT returning to this branch.It's terrible that they DON'T GIVE YOU THE PURCHASE TICKET, especially since it's the United States.

It did not taste like a caramel Frappuccino it tasted like hazelnut or butterscotch and just weird they were out of venti cups and caramel crunch so maybe thats why it taste so bad save yourself and just go to the daily grind it’s better at
