Great customer service by the manager. I place a mobile order and had issues with car (flat tire) I called to let them know I wasn’t going to make it on time, and Manager offered to remake my drink and hold it until I arrived to pick it up. Also the lady gave me a treat to make up for the bad day I was having! Truly appreciate the thoughtfulness she had with my whole upside down day. Thank you guys so much! 🙏🏾🥹

I love coming to this Starbucks! The baristas are consistently kind, fast, and attentive, even when it’s busy. My drink is always made just right, and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing. Definitely one of my favorite locations.

Me and my cousin order a match latte and when we got the latte the color was really off and too dark there was also big chunks. When we got home we were trying to fix it so my cousin dump the matcha into another cup and we found this at the bottom.(Also not the first time that this has happened). Their matcha is really inconsistent. Be careful on what you order.

Whenever I go to starbucks, I always get the same drink in a venti cup everywhere i've gone.The cup is filled all the way, and it is nicely topped.Tell me why this place decided to give me three fourths of a cup filled, and walk away from the drive through window didn't even have a chance to tell her anything.

They don’t work well under pressure, they lack responsibility, and they don’t get the orders correctly. I ordered a latte with extra caramel drizzle and they barely even gave some and then I ordered a matcha latte with strawberry cold foam but there was absolutely no strawberry cold foam and just pure matcha, I went back to ask them if they had put the cold foam and they said “oh it’s in there” but there was a literal speck of it.

Went a few times during Thanksgiving break. Service was so quick even when there was a line. My drinks were perfect. Every one that helped me was SO kind and friendly. Definitely my favorite location to visit when I’m in town visiting.
Cool place come here regularly, employee with tattoos denied me a cup of water and ice though and it felt bad since I do go in there often, makes me wonder how much money Starbucks is losing by serving a cup of water with ice.

The drive through is the Slowest serving starbucks i’ve ever been to in the entire US - min. 15 vehicles with approx. a 27-32 min wait time in the drive through - the first time i thought it was purely a staffing issue but i’ve been here over 15 times now as its my local nearby spot and no advancement. Macchiatos are still fire tho

It was a refreshing stop between appointments. The service here is always fine, and they nearly always have a hot pot of Pike ready for me to enjoy. It's always a nice place to stop for a brief recharge.
