My first time at this Starbucks, had a very bad service by a female manager. She made my drink and it tasted so bad. She was in the process of training someone today. I was working away from home today. I also witnessed a lady opening her bathroom door waving for someone to help her. I got up to assist her and she mentioned that there wasn’t any paper in the bathroom and if I could get some for her. I asked the same manager which was busy making drinks. She had no urgency and it took almost 20 mins to get a roll of toilet paper from the back. After getting up again I noticed no one had attended to her. After 22 mins she stuck her head out again. She asked me if I could get some napkins for her. I then reproached same manager and mentioned that she didn’t have the keys while rolling her eyes at me and having a side conversation with her staff. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN! I hope people read this post and do the same. Totally unacceptable as a management professional to do this. Poor lady was in the bathroom for almost 30 mins total unattended.

This Starbucks is so inconsistent. I order the same drink every time but I never get the same drink. Use measuring cups! I asked them to redo my order and they put it last and others as a first priority. I walked out! Ridiculous

Very welcoming and awesome employees, I ordered the Venti Iced Horchata shaken expresso custom with brown sugar syrup and cinnamon added, first sip revived my soul immediately. Awesome work guys!

I’m not sure why honestly, but every time I order a drink from this particular starbucks, it’s as if their milk foam machine does not work… or maybe it needs to be cleaned? No idea. There’s never any foam in my drinks I notice, like other starbucks. In general their Latte’s here (specifically the white chocolate mocha) always taste below average, not the same, no foam, compared to other starbucks. and it bugs me not knowing why that is, I thought initially maybe it was just the individual barista’s but probably not. 🤔🤔 it’s something with their equipment. So the quality control people/ or machine maintenance , or whomever, should come and take a look at the issues and fix it for the customers do make the drinks taste more authentic and quality coffee (and for the employees too) 👍

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at this Starbucks. They messed up my order not once, but twice. It felt like the workers just weren’t paying attention, and to top it off, they weren’t very friendly either. I get that it can be busy, but a little attentiveness and good customer service go a long way. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

Went yesterday morning (Sunday) and ordered my usual drink, except this time it didn’t taste like it usually does, and than to top it off it wasn’t even full the cup was missing about an inch off the top, doesn’t seem like a lot but I is given the price we pay for these coffees. I think more of an effort needs to be done when preparing the drinks we pay a lot for. The person that made it is probably the same person that made it a while back that I went and I went back to have it replaced. Couldn’t go back this time because I had to be at work, I went through the drive through.
I ordered a tall coffee with light ice and they gave me 3/4 cup of ice. Also rude employees that did not make me feel welcomed. I will try my best not to come back to this location.
